James A. "Jay" Walker Scholarship

The James A. “Jay” Walker Scholarship is awarded to a continuing college student in a Career Education program at College of the Redwoods. Further requirements for this scholarship are listed below.

ELIGIBILITY:
1. Available to continuing college students
2. Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
3. Enrolled in a minimum of 6 units
4. Must have demonstrated financial need
5. Trade majors (most CTE) required.
6. Students with dependent children to receive preference
7. First-Generation college students to receive preference

Up to three awards will be given in the fall semester and up to three awards will be given in the spring semester.
